About:
Zachary Regan, LCSW, LCDC-I, GC-C, NSCA-CPT
Zach is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) who has trained under the direct supervision of Melissa Preece, LCSW-S, LCDC, SAP, and Tiffany Carpenter, LCSW-S.
He has worked with diverse populations across the lifespan, from children to older adults, and brings a broad, integrative perspective to clinical care.

Zach is a graduate of the University of Houston’s Graduate College of Social Work and holds certification in Grief & Loss through the American Institute of Healthcare Professionals. His clinical work focuses on loss and grief, addiction, and behavioral concerns, using a person-centered, relational approach.

In addition to his clinical training, Zach is certified through the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA-CPT) and values the connection between physical and mental health. His work emphasizes thoughtful, individualized care that considers the whole person.
